Spring Break has begun!

TGISB!

Around this time of the year I can promise you that all people in the education field NEEDS a Break! I'm so happy that this year Jeff also took the time off. So together we r on our way to Florida. We plan to spend the week at my grandma's. You may be thinking 'how is that fun?' Well, you put me and Jeff in Florida surrounded by golf courses and we will be ok. What's more relaxing then going to grandma's where there is no agenda except golf, sun, & fun!

We left Hartsville this morning at 6 am. We left our crazy dog Matty with my parents for a little vaca herself. Let's just hope that 'Houdini' stays in the fence and doesn't over stay her welcome.

So far we've jammed through SC and GA blasting crowfield and the new Leslie cd. Seriously, if you haven't heard of Leslie (another local charleston band) you are missing out. Their new cd Lord Have Mercy is hard core rock and roll with every song making your head go up and down.

With snacks on board and a array of magazines I am comfortably riding shot gun reading about how to shed the weight for your wedding and new rachael ray recipes! There's definity been a bunch of dog earring going on. Rachael's May issue had an awesome article about great food in where else but Charleston! It's crazy to think there's a million readers out there learning about Charleston cuisine and hoping to take a vaca there. Where as Jeff and I have already been to a majority of the resteraunts listed in the article. We definitely created a list of the new ones to hit up once we get back from our trip. Charleston is no doubt one of the coolest places to live. Just think, if Jeff and I had never moved there we would have never met. What a beautiful city to fall in love in. We r so lucky!

Seems like everyone is on their way to Disneyworld. Traffic hasn't been horrible but there are a lot of cars on the road. The GPS states we will be there by 3 o'clock. Good thing beacause we already have a dinner date. Grandma, Jeff, and I are to arrive at 5 for drinks at one of my Grandma's friends and then dinner at the Watering Hole; where I'm told You can get a great steak!

Keep tuning in for our wild ride during Spring Break!
